There are several forms that need to be completed in order to be completely registered for Franklin Swim Team.  Please review the following:

1. Complete your registration through South Suburban Parks and Recreation.  Go to www.ssprd.org >Aquatics > Aquatics - Adults Classes and Specialty Programs > Summer Swim Teams at Franklin > Franklin Pool >
2. League Liability Waivers:  Provide two copies per swimmer.  You can download a waiver here.  Swimmers will not be allowed in the pool without signed waiver.
3. Please return your fees.  Booster Fees and Volunteer Deposits are described here.  Please bring to your first practice.
   
4. Volunteer Duty Assignments are now available on line.  To protect your privacy, this is password protected.  Please email Jamaica Shackton maicia95@msn.com for instructions.

5. Team Suits:  Out of Breath Sports is our official team apparel provider. During the season, they are offering a 20% discount on all merchandise other than team apparel (suits are already discounted) to Franklin team members. Be sure to mention that you are a member of our team.
